Task Title: Design Corporate Report Layout and Ensure Brand Consistency

- Objective: Gather design insights and establish brand guidelines.
- Research corporate report designs: Review examples of well-designed corporate reports, focusing on layout, typography, color scheme, and image placement.
- Consult with SayPro Marketing & Brand Material Office: Understand the key brand elements (logo, colors, fonts, tone, etc.) that must be incorporated into the design.
- Conduct a brand consistency check: Ensure that the design aligns with SayPro’s existing brand assets (logo, color palette, font choices, imagery style).
2. Design Concept Development (01-15-2025 to 01-31-2025)
- Objective: Develop the initial design concept for the corporate report layout.
- Design layout options: Develop multiple layout concepts that align with SayPro’s brand identity and are suited for corporate report presentation.
- Incorporate key sections: Include sections like the executive summary, financial performance, company achievements, outlook, and future goals.
- Use templates: Create reusable templates for sections like charts, graphs, and images to maintain consistency throughout the report.
- Feedback cycle: Present initial concepts to the SayPro Brand Material Office and Marketing team for feedback.
3. Layout Refinement & Brand Consistency Assurance (02-01-2025 to 02-28-2025)
- Objective: Refine the corporate report layout and ensure brand consistency across all sections.
- Finalize layout design: Refine selected design concept based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency: Apply the finalized layout design across all sections of the report, ensuring uniformity in headings, body text, charts, and imagery.
- Branding check: Verify that the design adheres to SayPro’s brand guidelines, ensuring that all fonts, colors, and graphic elements are consistent with brand standards.
- Create design elements: Develop custom design elements (icons, charts, dividers) that match the branding and style of the report.
4. First Draft & Approval Process (03-01-2025 to 03-15-2025)
- Objective: Prepare the first draft of the corporate report for internal review and approval.
