Key Responsibilities:
- Report Creation:
- Prepare and submit the SayPro Monthly April QCTO New Course Upload Report.
- Document the progress of course submissions, providing details on any feedback received, revisions made, and the current status of each submission.
- Ensure the report accurately reflects the work completed and aligns with QCTO accreditation timelines.
- Course Accreditation Oversight:
- Oversee the entire accreditation process for new courses, ensuring all steps are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Work in close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., curriculum developers, quality assurance, and administration) to prepare courses for accreditation.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the accreditation process, ensuring minimal delays.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and QCTO representatives.
- Manage communication related to course submissions, revisions, and approvals, ensuring all parties are kept informed of progress.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and improve processes related to the accreditation of new courses.
- Implement strategies to streamline the submission and approval process, ensuring timely and successful course accreditation.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain an organized and accurate record of all submitted courses, feedback received, and approval statuses.
- Analyze trends in feedback and revision patterns to anticipate challenges and refine submission processes for future courses.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration:
- Provide leadership to the research team, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
- Mentor team members to foster growth, professional development, and high-quality work output.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Research, Education, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Specialized certifications in course accreditation or a related discipline are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in research, course development, or accreditation processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing accreditation processes, preferably in the education or training sectors.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of QCTO accreditation procedures and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and engaging with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage complex documentation and processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.

- In-depth understanding of vocational education and training accreditation processes.
- Experience with project management tools or systems related to research and course submission processes.
