Key Responsibilities:
- Course Submission and Documentation:
Lead the preparation and documentation for new course submissions to the QCTO as part of the April New Course Upload Report. Ensure that all necessary materials, requirements, and documents are accurately compiled and submitted in line with QCTO guidelines. - Accreditation Process Management:
Oversee the entire accreditation process for new courses, ensuring that all steps are followed accurately and on time. Monitor the progress of the submission and coordinate internal resources to support the process. - Follow-up and Feedback Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between the institution and QCTO. Track the submission status and proactively engage with QCTO to resolve any queries or issues. Manage the feedback loop, ensuring timely responses and necessary revisions based on QCTO’s feedback. - Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with academic departments, instructional designers, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and readiness for course submission. Provide guidance and support in developing and refining course content for accreditation. - Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all new course submissions comply with QCTO standards and regulatory requirements. Provide oversight and quality assurance to maintain high standards in course documentation and submission quality. - Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all submission activities, including timelines, status updates, and feedback received. Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of course submissions and any actions required. - Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate and improve internal processes related to course accreditation and submission. Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education:
A Master’s degree in Education, Research, or a related field. A Ph.D. would be a distinct advantage. - Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience in academic administration, research, or a related field, with a strong background in accreditation processes and course development. - Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the QCTO accreditation process and requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across various teams.
- A proactive approach to follow-up and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely and accurate submission of all courses for the April New Course Upload Report.
- Efficient management of follow-up and feedback from QCTO.
