Objective:
To develop initial design concepts for large-format signs at petrol stations, ensuring the designs align with the stationโ€™s brand identity and location-specific needs. These concepts will be submitted for feedback and refinement during the specified period.


Tasks:

  1. Research and Brand Analysis (01-24-2025 to 01-26-2025):
    • Review the existing brand guidelines of SayPro to ensure alignment with the companyโ€™s visual identity.
    • Analyze the location-specific requirements, such as:
      • Site visibility
      • Audience demographics
      • Local culture or environmental factors
    • Gather insights on competitors’ signage and branding in similar locations.
  2. Development of Initial Design Concepts (01-26-2025 to 01-29-2025):
    • Create 3 to 5 distinct design concepts that incorporate:
      • Brand Identity: Use of brand colors, logos, typography, and style to maintain consistency.
      • Large Format Suitability: Designs should be adaptable for high-visibility formats such as billboards, wall signs, and free-standing displays.
      • Location Considerations: Each design concept should reflect the unique needs and challenges of the individual petrol stationโ€™s location.
    • Design Elements to Consider:
      • Visibility and legibility from a distance
      • Impactful use of colors and shapes
      • Integration of lighting (if applicable)
      • Weather-resilient materials or finishes for durability
  3. Initial Feedback Gathering (01-29-2025):
    • Prepare a presentation of the 3-5 initial design concepts, including:
      • Visual mockups
      • Explanations of design rationale

    • Submit the concepts to the internal SayPro team for feedback and refinement. Ensure all stakeholders are invited to provide input on the concepts.
  4. Refinement Based on Feedback (01-30-2025):
    • Collect feedback from the marketing, branding, and design teams.
    • Refine the concepts as necessary, adjusting elements like colors, typography, or layout based on suggestions and any new insights.
    • Prepare a final presentation of the refined concepts to submit for further approval or to the next stage.
