SayPro March Course Submission Timeline
- March 1-5: Final Course Review and Preparation
- Ensure all courses are ready for submission by this week, including any final revisions, updates, or adjustments based on internal feedback.
- Confirm that all course materials, including syllabi, assessments, and documentation, meet QCTO standards.
- March 6-10: Submission to QCTO
- Submit the finalized courses to QCTO by March 10th.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is included (e.g., course objectives, assessment methods, required materials).
- Double-check that each course aligns with QCTO accreditation guidelines before submission.
- March 11-15: Initial Follow-up with QCTO
- Follow up with QCTO if there is no acknowledgment of the submission by March 15th.
- Verify that QCTO has received the submissions and request a timeline for the review process.
- Address any immediate clarifications requested by QCTO.
- March 16-20: Monitor Status and Address Feedback
- Continuously monitor for updates or feedback from QCTO regarding the course submissions.
