Overview:
The SayPro Monthly Pop-up Sign Design Branding team is a creative and dynamic unit within the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR. The team is responsible for designing, producing, and optimizing portable pop-up signs used for events. These pop-up signs serve as critical branding materials to engage attendees and promote SayPro’s brand presence during various events, such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pop-up Sign Design:
- Conceptualization & Creative Design: Develop visually engaging and brand-aligned designs for portable pop-up signs used at SayPro events. The design should effectively communicate SayPro’s brand message while being adaptable to various event themes.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs follow SayPro’s brand guidelines, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and overall design aesthetics.
- Event Customization: Customize designs for specific events or target audiences, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Production Management:
- Materials Selection: Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to select suitable materials for portable pop-up signs, ensuring they are lightweight, durable, and suitable for easy transportation.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with printing vendors and manufacturers to ensure the quality and timely production of pop-up signs.
- Cost Management: Ensure the production of pop-up signs aligns with the approved budget, negotiating with vendors for cost-effective yet high-quality solutions.
- Event Support & Setup:
- Pre-event Coordination: Ensure timely delivery and proper setup of pop-up signs for each event. Ensure signs are strategically placed to maximize visibility and brand exposure.
- On-Site Adjustments: Provide on-site support to adjust, troubleshoot, or replace pop-up signs as necessary during the event to maintain the desired impact.
- Feedback Collection & Optimization:
- Post-event Feedback: After each event, gather detailed feedback from event teams and attendees to evaluate the effectiveness of the pop-up signs.
- Performance Assessment: Analyze how the pop-up signs contributed to the event’s branding and overall success, considering factors such as visibility, engagement, and attendee perception.
- Optimization: Based on feedback, suggest and implement improvements in design, placement, or material selection for future events to enhance the overall effectiveness of pop-up signage.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Event Reporting: Document the outcomes of each event, including feedback on the effectiveness of the signage. Provide regular reports to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Design Updates: Maintain a library of past designs and adjustments for future reference, ensuring continuous improvement in design strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or event management, particularly related to branding and signage.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively while aligning with strategic marketing goals and event objectives.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs are aligned with brand standards and event requirements.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, event coordination, and external vendors.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey design concepts and gather feedback effectively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt designs based on feedback and optimize them for future events.

- Timely delivery of designs and signage for events.
