  2. Storage Solutions:
    • Secure a safe and organized storage system for the signs, ensuring they remain in good condition when not in use.
    • Conduct periodic checks to verify the condition of the signs, identifying any signs of wear, damage, or need for repairs.
    • Implement a labeling and inventory system for easy tracking and retrieval of signs.
  3. Condition Monitoring:
    • Perform regular inspections on the signs for wear and tear.
    • Set up a maintenance and repair protocol for signs, ensuring they remain in good working condition for future events.
    • Allocate resources and budget for minor repairs or replacements, ensuring minimal disruption to event schedules.

Target for the Quarter:

  • On-time delivery rate: Maintain a 95% on-time delivery rate for signs to events and storage locations.
  • Damage rate: Keep the damage rate to signs during transportation and storage below 3%.
  • Storage organization: Achieve a 100% organized storage system, with no lost or misplaced signs.
  • Condition checks: Complete at least 2 full condition checks on all signs per quarter.

Branding: Design Portable Pop-up Signs for Events by SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR

Objective:

  • Design and produce portable pop-up signs that align with SayPro’s brand identity, ensuring they are impactful, easily portable, and versatile for various event uses.

Key Tasks:

  3. Prototyping:
    • Develop prototypes for review, making adjustments based on feedback from the SayPro team, ensuring the designs meet event requirements.

  4. Production and Quality Control:
    • Coordinate with manufacturers or vendors for the production of the pop-up signs.
