      • Ensure the pop-up signs are delivered to the event location on time and in good condition.
      • Review the venue layout and make recommendations for optimal sign placement to maximize brand visibility and attendee engagement.
    2. On-Site Execution:
      • Work with the event management team to set up pop-up signs in strategic areas before the event starts.
      • Maintain signage during the event to ensure they are properly displayed and are not obstructed by other elements.
      • Troubleshoot any issues with the signage, ensuring they are secure and intact throughout the event duration.
    3. Post-Event Evaluation:
      • Coordinate the dismantling of the signs and return them to the designated storage areas.
      • Evaluate the effectiveness of the pop-up signs in terms of visibility, audience reach, and brand impact.

Pop-up Sign Design and Branding:

  • Objective: Design portable pop-up signs that align with the SayPro brand, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing for events.
  • Design Requirements:
    • Branding Consistency: Ensure that the signs reflect SayPro’s branding guidelines (logos, colors, fonts, and messaging) to maintain brand identity.
    • Portability: Design signs that are lightweight, easy to set up, and transportable for various event locations.
    • Visibility: Ensure that the design is eye-catching and visible from a distance to attract attention and enhance brand recognition.
    • Durability: Choose materials that can withstand various environmental conditions (indoors or outdoors) while maintaining a professional appearance.
