SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 SayPro Monthly Packaging: Consider branded packaging for a cohesive presentation by SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR
Objective for January Quarter
Target: Complete One Branded Packaging Design
This goal is centered around developing a packaging design that not only aligns visually with the SayPro Brand but also serves the practical needs of the consumers. The packaging design must be cohesive with the brand’s identity and ensure that the product stands out in a competitive marketplace while offering clear functionality.
Detailed Action Plan
- Packaging Design Development
- Research & Conceptualization:
- Understand the brand identity of SayPro: Review brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and logo usage to ensure consistency.
- Conduct a competitive analysis to see how other products are packaged in the same industry, identifying unique opportunities for SayPro.
- Collect consumer feedback through surveys or focus groups if possible, to understand preferences in packaging design (e.g., eco-friendly options, ease of use, etc.).
- Design Process:
- Design Brief: Create a design brief outlining key elements like product category, packaging material preferences, functionality, and visual appeal.
- Initial Mockups: Develop several mockups for the packaging design, incorporating the brand’s visual language and ensuring they are practical for the product type (size, shape, durability, etc.).
- Feedback and Revisions: Present the mockups for feedback from stakeholders (e.g., SayPro Marketing team) and refine the design based on this feedback. The design should be flexible for changes if needed.
- Research & Conceptualization:
- Brand Consistency:
- The packaging should reflect SayPro’s values and brand image clearly. Incorporate brand colors, logos, and taglines that speak to the target audience.
- Make sure to maintain a balance between aesthetics and practical usage—easy-to-read text, appropriate images, and clearly marked product details.
- Consumer Needs Focus:
- The packaging should also ensure easy usability (e.g., easy opening, appropriate product protection, and storage).
- Sustainability might be a key factor, depending on the brand’s mission. Consider eco-friendly materials and recyclability.
- Ensure the design is ergonomically sound for the consumer’s ease of handling and transportation.
- Production & Finalization:
- Work with the SayPro Brand Material Office to finalize material choices and get approval on the final design.
- Ensure high-quality production standards are set, keeping in mind printing methods, material types, and production cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR for packaging design approval, ensuring all necessary revisions are completed before final production.
- Implementation Timeline:
- Week 1-2: Conduct research, gather insights, and create design brief.
- Week 3-4: Develop mockups and first drafts for feedback.
- Week 5-6: Finalize design after receiving feedback, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and consumer needs.
- Week 7: Final design approval and preparation for production.
- Week 8: Prepare marketing and product launch materials.
Outcome/Result:
- Complete a Branded Packaging Design that meets both brand consistency and consumer practicality.
- Design Approval: Ensure that the final design is approved by all relevant departments (Brand Material Office, Marketing Team, and SCMR).
