To ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, all employees are required to submit the following documents:
- Personal Identification Documents
- Copy of a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license)
- Proof of residence (utility bill, rental agreement, or official letter)
- Employment & Qualification Documents
- Updated resume/CV
- Copies of academic and professional certificates
- Professional license (if applicable)
- Legal & Compliance Documents
- Signed employment contract
- Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
- Background verification consent form
- Health & Insurance Documents
- Medical fitness certificate (if required for the role)
- Health insurance details
- Banking & Tax Documents
- Bank account details for salary payments
- Taxpayer identification number (TIN) or equivalent
- Research Consent Forms
- Signed consent forms from students and/or guardians for participation in research activities conducted under SayPro Company’s initiatives
