The SayPro Monthly Magazines Design & Branding role is a collaborative position aimed at ensuring high-quality content and branding consistency in SayPro Monthly magazines. Key Responsibilities
1. Collaboration with Content Creators
- Review, edit, and refine written content to align with SayPro’s editorial standards and messaging.
- Ensure all articles, features, and interviews are consistent with the magazine’s theme and objectives.
- Work closely with writers to enhance clarity, readability, and engagement.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to content creators to improve storytelling and brand alignment.
2. SayPro Monthly Magazines Design & Branding
- Design and layout SayPro Monthly magazines in accordance with SayPro brand guidelines.
- Incorporate branded elements such as logos, fonts, and colors to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing cover designs and page layouts.
- Optimize magazine design for both print and digital formats.
- Ensure all visual elements align with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR standards.
3. Brand Consistency & Compliance
- Ensure that all magazine content aligns with SayPro’s branding and corporate identity.
- Adhere to SayPro’s marketing strategies to maintain consistency across different issues.
- Stay updated with brand material updates and integrate new elements as required.
- Work with the marketing team to align magazine content with overall business campaigns.
4. Content Curation & Visual Enhancement
- Select high-quality images, graphics, and illustrations that enhance the magazine’s appeal.
- Edit and optimize images to fit publication standards.
- Implement innovative design elements to improve reader engagement.
- Ensure all visuals meet copyright and licensing requirements.
5. Proofreading & Final Approval
- Conduct final proofreading and quality checks before magazine publication.
- Ensure the accuracy of content, including grammar, spelling, and formatting.

- Provide final approval in collaboration with the SayPro Marketing & Content Team.
Skills & Qualifications
