Job Overview:

The Magazine Design and Distribution Specialist at SayPro is responsible for finalizing, preparing, and distributing SayPro Monthly Magazines. This role involves ensuring high-quality digital and print versions of the magazine are designed with SayPro branding, prepared for release, and effectively distributed through SayPro’s digital and physical channels.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Finalizing and Preparing for Distribution

• Ensure the magazine design is complete and adheres to SayPro’s branding guidelines.
• Review, proofread, and finalize all magazine content before submission for distribution.
• Prepare the magazine for digital distribution via SayPro’s website and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality print production of the magazine.

2. Magazine Design & Branding

• Design SayPro Monthly magazines incorporating SayPro’s brand elements.
• Utilize SayPro Brand Material Office resources to maintain consistency in design.
• Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing layouts.
• Ensure all design elements align with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR guidelines.

3. Content Management & Coordination

• Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure all magazine content is well-structured and aligns with SayPro’s messaging.
• Work with photographers, illustrators, and contributors to enhance magazine aesthetics.
• Maintain SayPro’s design standards and implement necessary improvements.

4. Digital & Print Distribution

• Upload and manage the distribution of SayPro Monthly Magazines on SayPro’s website.
• Distribute digital copies through email newsletters and social media platforms.
• Manage logistics for physical copies, including printing, packaging, and shipping.
• Ensure that all distribution channels meet the set deadlines for magazine release.

5. Marketing & Promotion

• Coordinate promotional activities to increase magazine readership.
• Develop marketing materials for digital and social media campaigns.
• Work with the SayPro Marketing team to enhance audience engagement.
• Monitor analytics and feedback to improve future magazine editions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, publishing, or marketing.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong understanding of branding principles and magazine layout design.
• Experience in content management and digital distribution.
• Knowledge of print production and logistics.
