1. Introduction

Purpose of the Branding Guide

This Branding Style Guide serves as a reference for ensuring consistent and professional design across all SayPro Monthly Magazines. It provides clear instructions on how to integrate SayPro’s brand identity into the magazine’s design, ensuring brand alignment and recognition.

Scope

This document applies to all SayPro Monthly Magazines under SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR) and is managed by SayPro Brand Material Office. It includes guidelines for logo usage, typography, color schemes, layout design, imagery, and other essential elements.

2. SayPro Brand Identity Elements

2.1 Logo Usage

  • The SayPro logo must appear on the front cover and back cover of every magazine.
  • Preferred placement: Top left or center of the front cover.
  • Minimum size: The logo should not be scaled down below 50 pixels in width.
  • Maintain clear space: At least 10% of the logo width should be left free of text or images.
  • Do not modify, distort, or recolor the logo.

2.2 Color Palette

SayPro’s brand colors must be used consistently throughout the magazine. Below are the primary and secondary colors:

Primary Colors:

  • Use a three-column or two-column grid system for a clean and structured look.
  • Maintain consistent margins: Minimum 0.5 inches from all edges.
  • Feature pull quotes in SayPro Light Blue for emphasis.
