Position Overview:
The role primarily involves reviewing SayPro’s brand guidelines and ensuring that the design of marketing materials such as posters effectively aligns with the brand’s identity. The employee will collaborate with SayPro’s marketing team to ensure that every design decision resonates with the intended target audience and reflects SayPro’s core messaging. Additionally, this role involves overseeing the development of monthly posters for SayPro’s campaigns, especially focusing on the January SCMR-13 SayPro Monthly Posters Design Branding, while adhering to the brand material standards outlined by the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Guidelines Review:
- Thoroughly analyze SayPro’s existing brand guidelines, which include visual elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and overall design principles.
- Ensure that all design outputs (particularly the posters) adhere to SayPro’s brand standards.
- Make recommendations for updates or refinements to the guidelines when necessary, to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Target Audience Alignment:
- Review SayPro’s target audience profiles and demographics to ensure that the design resonates with their preferences, behaviors, and values.
- Conduct research and stay updated on market trends to understand what appeals to the audience and incorporate these insights into the design work.
- Ensure that designs reflect SayPro’s core messaging and values while appealing to the emotions and expectations of the target audience.
- SayPro Monthly Posters Design:
- Design and develop monthly posters that are visually compelling, informative, and aligned with SayPro’s overarching marketing campaigns.
- Work specifically on the January SCMR-13 posters, ensuring they reflect the current month’s goals, objectives, and core messaging.
- Incorporate key messaging from SayPro’s marketing strategy, keeping the design fresh, creative, and engaging.
- Ensure the designs adhere to SayPro’s brand identity as outlined in the official brand materials.
- Branding Consistency:
- Maintain the integrity of the SayPro brand by ensuring that all designs and materials (posters included) are in line with the company’s established brand voice and aesthetic.
- Review and revise designs where needed to ensure they maintain consistency in visual language, tone, and style.
- Collaborate with other teams (like marketing and creative) to ensure that posters are integrated seamlessly into broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR:
- Work under the direction of the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR office to align design outputs with the overall marketing and royalty strategies.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that posters and branding materials are not only visually appealing but also aligned with SayPro’s business objectives.
- Feedback and Iteration:
- Collect feedback from stakeholders on design outputs and make necessary adjustments to ensure the final product meets the expected standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with the marketing team to align design projects with evolving marketing strategies or changes in campaign direction.
- Quality Control & Final Approval:
- Ensure all designs are of the highest quality and are free of errors, ensuring that they meet SayPro’s professional standards before release.
- Work with project managers or senior marketing leaders for final approval of design projects before they are published or shared.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous branding and poster designs.
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of brand identity, visual communication, and design principles.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently in creative work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
- Experience with market research or customer insight gathering to understand audience preferences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Experience in designing marketing materials for a corporate brand.
