Objective:
The SayPro Poster Concept Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging posters for SayPro’s monthly promotional and informational campaigns. The designer will collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to align each design with SayPro’s branding and objectives for the campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Brief Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Develop and refine creative briefs for each poster design, ensuring the goal of the poster is clearly defined (promotion, awareness, event notification, etc.).
- Identify the key message and brand tone that needs to be communicated, and provide design direction that reflects these elements.
- Establish design parameters such as size, layout, colors, and typography that align with SayPro’s established brand guidelines.
2. Poster Design and Concept Development:
- Develop multiple creative concepts for each poster design that effectively communicate the desired message and resonate with the target audience.
- Provide a variety of design options based on the creative brief, incorporating feedback from the marketing team.
- Ensure each concept aligns with the SayPro brand identity and maintains consistency across all branding materials.
- Innovate and experiment with different visual elements, such as photography, illustrations, typography, and color schemes, to create eye-catching designs that engage viewers.
3. Branding & Consistency:
- Follow SayPro’s brand guidelines to ensure all poster designs maintain a cohesive look and feel across all materials and platforms.
- Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to incorporate brand assets such as logos, fonts, and color palettes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in design and branding while ensuring that all designs align with SayPro’s core values and image.
4. Design Execution & Production:
- Create final high-resolution versions of the posters in multiple formats, suitable for print and digital distribution (e.g., social media, email campaigns, websites).
- Ensure the designs are optimized for print and digital media, with the proper dimensions, color profiles, and file types.
- Work closely with printers, if needed, to ensure the final printed materials meet quality standards.
- Prepare production-ready files, including images, fonts, and graphics.
5. Collaboration & Feedback Incorporation:
- Present initial poster concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine the designs.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from the marketing team and other relevant departments.
- Work within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
6. Evaluation & Reporting:
- Analyze the performance and impact of the posters (e.g., engagement rates, sales increase, brand awareness) to refine future designs.
- Provide regular updates on design progress to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating posters and promotional materials.
- Strong understanding of branding and brand identity management.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other relevant design software.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and translate feedback into effective design solutions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- A creative, proactive, and innovative approach to design challenges.

- Contribute ideas for new creative initiatives within the SayPro marketing campaigns.
- Provide support for other design tasks as needed, including social media graphics, email templates, and web assets.
