Objective:
To ensure proper alignment with SayPro’s brand identity and maintain consistency in visual communication, employees involved in poster design must submit the following documents for internal review and approval.
1. Design Mock-ups
Employees are required to provide initial sketches or mock-ups of the proposed poster designs. These mock-ups should illustrate key design elements, including layout, color schemes, typography, and messaging, before finalizing the designs.
- Formats Accepted: JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), or Figma
- Contents:
- High-resolution sketches or digital wireframes
- Placement of text, images, and brand elements
- Proposed typography and color palette
- Annotations explaining design choices
2. Branding Alignment Documents
To ensure consistency with SayPro’s corporate branding, the following documents must be referenced and included in submissions:
- SayPro Brand Guidelines (color codes, logo usage, fonts, spacing, tone)
- SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR Compliance Sheet (guidelines for internal & external branding materials)
- SayPro Office Branding Material References (examples of previously approved designs)
3. Approval & Review Process
Before the final version is released, employees must follow these steps:
- Submission of Initial Mock-ups

- Internal Review Meeting
- SayPro Brand Material Office will assess compliance with brand standards.
- Feedback & Revisions
- Necessary modifications will be communicated.
- Final Submission & Approval
