To ensure SayPro meets its marketing and promotional goals for the quarter, a structured target for poster design must be set. This includes:
- Quarterly Poster Target: A total of X posters (to be determined based on marketing needs)
- Monthly Breakdown:

- March: X posters
- Design Priorities:
- Event promotions
- Product/service advertisements
- Awareness campaigns
- Seasonal or special occasion themes
2. Branding & Consistency
All posters must align with the SayPro brand identity as defined by the SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR. This includes:
- Consistent use of SayPro colors, fonts, and design elements
- Incorporation of SayPro logos and taglines
- Maintaining a professional and visually appealing layout
3. Execution & Approval Process
- Posters will be designed in-house or by approved designers
- Each design will go through a review process by SayPro Branding and Marketing teams
- Final approvals will be conducted before distribution
