      • Compile and share the first round of logo designs with key stakeholders within the teams (marketing, design, branding).
      • Ensure that the designs are presented in a way that highlights their concept, colors, fonts, and any other relevant design elements.
    2. Gather Feedback:
      • Set a timeline for the feedback process (e.g., 2-3 days). Provide clear instructions for the teams on how to give structured and actionable feedback.
      • Collect input on design preferences, color adjustments, font choices, and overall style.
      • Pay attention to both subjective feedback (aesthetic preferences) and objective feedback (alignment with brand guidelines, scalability, and clarity).
    3. Analyze Feedback:
      • Review all received feedback, prioritize the changes, and assess any recurring suggestions or issues.
      • Focus on how to incorporate the feedback while maintaining the integrity of the original design concept.

2. Revise Logo Designs:

  • Objective: Revise designs based on the feedback received from stakeholders.
  • Tasks:
    1. Implement Changes:
      • Update the logo designs to reflect the input gathered from the teams. This may involve adjustments in color schemes, shapes, font types, or the overall structure of the logo.
      • Ensure the designs stay within brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message of the SayPro brand.
    2. Internal Review:
      • Before presenting the revised designs, conduct an internal review to ensure that the changes align with the brand’s core values and identity.
      • Test the designs in various formats (e.g., on digital media, in print, etc.) to ensure scalability and clarity across different platforms and sizes.
    3. Prepare Final Drafts:
      • Finalize the revised designs, ensuring that all feedback has been addressed.
      • Prepare the logo files in multiple formats (e.g., SVG, PNG, JPG, EPS) for various use cases (web, print, promotional materials).

3. Collaboration with SayPro Brand Material Office:

  • Objective: Ensure that the SayPro Brand Material Office is involved in the refinement process to keep the logo aligned with overall branding strategies.

      • Confirm that the designs are consistent with any ongoing brand initiatives or strategies.
    2. Ensure Royalty Compliance:
      • Work closely with the team responsible for royalty management (SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR) to confirm that the logo design follows any necessary guidelines regarding brand materials and royalties.
      • Double-check that the design is unique and avoids any potential conflicts with trademark or copyright issues.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Objective: Provide documentation of the revisions and feedback process for internal record-keeping and future reference.
  • Tasks:
    1. Document Feedback and Revisions:
      • Keep a detailed record of all feedback provided and the revisions made, including any decisions regarding design changes.
      • Track any outstanding issues or concerns raised by teams for future adjustments.
    2. Prepare Progress Report:
      • Provide a brief report or summary of the progress made during Week 2, highlighting the revisions made to the logo and any major feedback received.
