Job Overview

Participants involved in SayPro Monthly Personalization are responsible for accurately implementing the personalization process by incorporating SayPro’s branding elements, including company logos, addresses, and return addresses, into various designated communications. These communications may be in digital or print formats and must align with SayPro’s branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Personalization Implementation
    • Integrate SayPro’s logo, company addresses, and return addresses into designated documents and communications.
    • Ensure all branding elements meet the company’s visual identity standards.
    • Maintain consistency in the placement and format of branding elements.
  2. Collaboration & Compliance
    • Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to receive updated branding materials.
    • Follow SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR guidelines for proper personalization execution.
    • Ensure all documents are proofed for errors before submission or printing.
  3. Digital & Print Personalization
    • Implement branding on digital materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and official documents.
    • Prepare print materials such as letterheads, envelopes, and marketing collateral with accurate SayPro branding.
    • Coordinate with printing teams to ensure high-quality output.
  4. Quality Assurance
    • Conduct quality checks to ensure all materials are correctly branded and formatted.
    • Verify that return addresses and other details are accurate and up to date.
    • Address and rectify any discrepancies in branding placement or application.
  5. Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain a record of all personalized materials for internal tracking.
    • Provide regular reports on completed tasks to SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
    • Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in the personalization process.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of branding and corporate identity principles.
