  • Role: Designs and facilitates training programs for volunteers, ensuring they are adequately prepared for their roles and responsibilities.

1.4. Volunteer Engagement & Retention Officer

  • Reports to: Volunteer Management Office Director
  • Role: Manages the engagement, support, and retention strategies for volunteers, ensuring high morale and long-term involvement.

2.1. SayProTravelKraal Manager

  • Reports to: SayPro Chairperson
  • Role: Leads SayProTravelKraal, overseeing all travel-related activities, partnerships, and initiatives that promote sustainable and community-driven tourism.

2.2. Travel Program Development Coordinator

  • Reports to: SayProTravelKraal Manager
  • Role: Develops and curates travel programs that promote sustainable tourism, including community-based tourism initiatives and eco-friendly travel packages.

2.3. Community Outreach & Partnerships Officer
