1. SayPro Chairperson

  • Role: Provides overall oversight; ensures alignment with SayPro’s strategic vision and values.

2. SayProRoyal-9 Committee Chairperson

  • Role: Leads the Compensation Committee; facilitates meetings; ensures all decisions are fair, ethical, and data-driven.

3. Deputy Chairperson – Compensation Strategy & Policy

  • Role: Leads the development of compensation frameworks, salary bands, benefits structures, and reward policies.

4. Deputy Chairperson – Performance and Evaluation

  • Role: Oversees performance assessment models used to inform compensation decisions across SayPro Royal Boards.

5. Members of SayProRoyal-9 Committee (5 Members)

  • Each Member Specializes in the Following Areas:
    • Remuneration Benchmarking Officer
      • Researches and recommends compensation packages based on national and global trends.
    • Compliance and Legal Affairs Officer
      • Ensures that all compensation policies comply with national labor laws, tax regulations, and governance codes.
    • Ethics and Governance Officer
      • Monitors ethical standards and ensures transparency in board reward structures.
    • Innovation and Incentives Officer
      • Designs creative incentive schemes that align with SayPro’s mission, especially in youth-driven leadership.
    • Finance and Budget Liaison Officer
      • Coordinates with SayPro Finance to ensure sustainability and affordability of compensation structures.

6. Administrative and Secretariat Support

  • Role: Manages meeting scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, reporting, and communication flow.
