Distinguished guests, members of the SayPro Royal Board, stakeholders, partners, and friends of SayPro — I greet you all with humility, pride, and purpose.
Today marks a significant milestone in the evolution of SayPro’s governance and leadership. It is with great honour that I stand before you to officially launch the SayProRoyal-4: SayPro Royal Board Ethics and Compliance Committee — a body that will safeguard the values, integrity, and ethical backbone of our beloved organisation.
At SayPro, we believe that real transformation is not only about action but also about intention. It is about doing what is right, not just what is easy. And it is about creating systems that hold us accountable — not only to our partners and beneficiaries but to our highest selves.
The SayProRoyal-4 Committee is not just another structure. It is the soul of our governance, the conscience of our leadership, and the standard by which we measure fairness, transparency, and responsibility.
This committee will serve to:
- Uphold and enforce the ethical codes that define SayPro’s operations;
- Monitor and guide compliance with local, regional, and international laws and standards;
- Provide oversight on organisational conduct, conflicts of interest, whistleblower protections, and ethical decision-making;
- And ensure that SayPro remains a trusted institution — principled, resilient, and rooted in integrity.
As we launch this committee, we also usher in a new era of accountability-led growth, where power is not abused, but honoured. Where decisions are not hidden, but explained. Where our reputation is not assumed, but earned every single day.
I want to thank every individual who has contributed to the vision, formation, and implementation of SayProRoyal-4. You are the champions of our moral compass. You are the keepers of our organisational trust.
To our young leaders, volunteers, staff, and board members — let this launch remind us all that ethical leadership is not a choice. It is a duty. And SayPro will always stand on the side of fairness, justice, and truth.
In closing, may this committee serve as a mirror — reflecting the best of who we are, and a torch — lighting the way for those who come after us.

Thank you.
