1. Purpose
The SayPro Human Capital Dress Management Policy establishes standards for professional and appropriate dress code for all SayPro Human Capital. It ensures that attire aligns with SayPro’s brand identity, corporate culture, and professional image across all offices, events, and engagements.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All SayPro Human Capital, including Royal Directors, Officers, and Chiefs.
- SayPro representatives at official events, meetings, and public engagements.
- SayPro contractors, interns, and volunteers where applicable.

3.0.10 Banned Clothes and Caps
Note that Clothes with more than 1 colour or with stripes are not allowed. Such as Traditional Clothes, Vacation Clothing, Caps, Shorts, Caps of all styles, coloured ties, sneakers and Sports clothing













3.1 Professional Attire for SayPro Offices
- Business or business-casual attire is required for all SayPro Human Capital in office settings.
- SayPro-branded clothing is encouraged for official events, meetings, and public appearances.
- Royal Directors and Chiefs may have specific attire requirements for formal engagements.
3.2 Event and Public Appearance Attire
- SayPro-branded formal or semi-formal attire is required for official SayPro events, conferences, and public engagements.
- Smart casual attire is acceptable for training sessions, informal meetings, and workshops.
3.3 Uniform and Branded Merchandise
- Certain SayPro divisions, such as SayPro Medical, SayPro Training, and SayPro Logistics, may have designated uniforms.
- SayPro-branded merchandise (such as t-shirts, jackets, and caps) should be worn at SayPro-sponsored events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs.
3.4 Dress Code for Virtual Meetings
- SayPro Human Capital must maintain a professional appearance during virtual meetings and webinars.
- Attire should be business-casual or appropriate to the nature of the meeting.
3.5 Religious and Cultural Attire
- SayPro respects all religious and cultural dress preferences.
- Any modifications to dress codes for religious or cultural reasons should be communicated to SayPro Human Capital Royal Directors.
4. Prohibited Attire
To maintain a professional and respectful workplace, the following attire is not allowed during SayPro official engagements:
- Clothing with offensive slogans or inappropriate graphics.
- Revealing, ripped, or excessively casual clothing (e.g., beachwear, gym wear).
- Unhygienic or excessively wrinkled clothing.
- Non-branded attire at SayPro official events, unless otherwise specified.
- No Political Party clothing will be allowed.
- All clothes must not have more than 3 colours. Only 2 colours are acceptable per item an example is that the trouser must only have 2 colours. As per the images above. Avoid wearing clothes with stripes, squares and unnecessary designs.
5. Dress Code Compliance
- All SayPro Human Capital are responsible for adhering to the dress code.
- SayPro Officers and Royal Directors will conduct periodic dress code checks and provide guidance when necessary.
- Non-compliance may result in verbal or written warnings, and repeat violations may lead to further disciplinary actions.
6. Monitoring and Review
- SayPro Chief Human Capital Royalty will review and update this policy every six months to ensure alignment with organizational branding and professional standards.
- Feedback from SayPro Human Capital will be considered in the review process.

- All SayPro Human Capital must comply with this policy to maintain a professional, brand-aligned image.
- Any exceptions or modifications require approval from the SayPro Governance Board or SayPro Chief Executive Officer.
