The feedback process will be broken down into three distinct rounds:

- Round 2: Draft Video and Storyboard Review
- Round 3: Final Review and Approval
Round 1: Initial Concept and Script Feedback
Objective:
Gather initial feedback on the video concept, script, and overall messaging to ensure alignment with SayPro’s brand and goals.
Key Steps:
- Participants: Marketing Team, Leadership, Content Managers, and relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Materials to Share:
- Video concept document
- Script outline or full draft
- Narrative overview
