The SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 event is a high-priority event aimed at promoting SayPro’s monthly offerings, with a focus on engaging existing customers and attracting new leads. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of the event across multiple platforms, ensuring it aligns with the marketing objectives and maintains the SayPro brand identity. The role will encompass a range of responsibilities from event promotion to material management and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote the Event
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 event. This will include email campaigns, social media posts, and paid advertising to reach the widest audience possible.
- Identify target audiences and develop content that resonates with them across various channels (website, social media, email).
- Create content for email newsletters and ensure timely delivery of marketing material to current and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional banners, flyers, and social media posts for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Email Campaigns:
- Draft, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns that provide information about the event and highlight key selling points of the SCMR-13 product.
- Segment the email list for targeted outreach based on customer behavior and interaction with previous campaigns.
- Website Banners and Social Media Outreach:
- Design and place event banners on the SayPro website, ensuring they are visually aligned with the brand and encourage users to register or learn more about the event.
- Oversee social media activity, ensuring event posts are made on all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., with clear calls to action (CTAs) to engage the audience.
- Influencer/Partnership Marketing:
- Identify key influencers and partners who could help amplify the event’s message. Collaborate with them to expand event reach and credibility.
2. Material Management
- SayPro Monthly Material Selection:
- Select durable materials that align with SayPro’s brand identity and will withstand the duration of the event’s promotional campaign. The materials should be appropriate for both online and offline usage, such as brochures, banners, and promotional kits.
- Source materials through the SayPro Brand Material Office, ensuring that they are high quality and meet the specific requirements outlined by SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
- Creative Input and Review:
- Work with the creative team to ensure that all materials (digital and physical) align with the SCMR-13 event’s theme, branding, and messaging.
- Review prototypes of all materials before they go live, ensuring they meet SayPro’s high standards of visual identity and quality.
3. Event Logistics and Execution
- Coordinate Event Schedule:
- Ensure the event’s timeline is followed, with all deliverables completed on time. This includes content creation, promotional material distribution, and any pre-event tasks that need to be executed.
- Coordinate Stakeholder Communication:

- On-Site and Virtual Event Support:

Key Qualifications:
- Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or brand management.
- Proven experience in managing digital and physical marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and website content.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools (email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple facets of a marketing campaign.
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.

- The event coordinator will report directly to the SayPro Marketing Manager and work closely with the creative, sales, and product teams.
