Position: Event Coordinator – SayPro Monthly SCMR-13

Responsibilities:

1. Creating Templates for Documentation:

  • Objective: Design and create templates for all event-related documentation, ensuring they are professional, cohesive, and reflective of SayPro’s branding guidelines.
  • Tasks:
    • Work with the design team to create templates that reflect SayPro’s visual identity, including fonts, logos, color schemes, and layout standards.
    • Develop templates for various event documents, including agendas, reports, schedules, presentations, and participant materials.
    • Ensure all templates are easily customizable and functional for future event documentation needs.
    • Implement clear and consistent formatting to maintain a polished and professional appearance across all materials.

2. Aligning Templates with SayPro Branding Guidelines:

  • Objective: Maintain brand consistency across all event-related documentation by adhering strictly to SayPro’s official branding guidelines.
  • Tasks:
    • Review the official SayPro branding guidelines, including logo usage, typography, color palette, and tone of voice.
    • Ensure that all documentation, including templates, presentations, and reports, are compliant with these guidelines.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure proper branding in all templates used for the SCMR-13 event.
    • Adjust templates as necessary for different marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, website) while maintaining brand consistency.

3. Material Selection for Documentation (Durability & Longevity):

  • Objective: Select high-quality and durable materials for event documentation to ensure long-lasting usability.
  • Tasks:
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to choose durable materials suitable for the creation of event materials (both physical and digital formats).
    • Ensure that the materials selected for physical documentation (if applicable) align with SayPro’s sustainable practices and durability standards.
    • Work with the Marketing team to ensure that digital materials are easily accessible, shareable, and compatible across multiple platforms and devices.
    • Assess the durability of any physical documentation materials (e.g., printing options, paper types, binding methods) to ensure that materials stand up to regular use over time.

4. Coordination with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR:

  • Objective: Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to ensure that all materials and templates are in line with event branding and objectives.
  • Tasks:
    • Ensure all documentation templates and event materials align with SayPro’s marketing royalty strategy for SCMR-13.
    • Work with the marketing team to ensure that the event materials align with the broader brand messaging and strategy for SayPro.
    • Maintain regular communication with the Marketing team to receive feedback on template designs and materials used for the SCMR-13 event.

5. Website Integration:

  • Objective: Ensure that all event materials and documentation templates are properly integrated into the SayPro website for accessibility and ease of use.
