Job Description: SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 Team Member

Position Title: Vendor Coordinator & Printing Process Supervisor
Department: SayPro Monthly Material Office, SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR
Project: SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13
Reports To: Project Manager, SayPro Monthly Material Office

Overview: The employees involved in the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 project will play an essential role in ensuring that premium printed materials meet SayPro’s high standards. These individuals will work closely with printing vendors, manage material selection, ensure brand compliance in design, and oversee the entire printing process to ensure timely delivery of quality printed products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Coordination:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with approved printing vendors.
    • Coordinate with vendors to determine optimal printing methods, deadlines, and material requirements.
    • Communicate with vendors regularly to monitor production status, resolve issues, and confirm delivery timelines.
    • Ensure vendors adhere to SayPro’s guidelines for quality, color accuracy, and material specifications.
  2. Material Selection:
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to select durable materials suitable for the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 project, ensuring long-lasting results and consistency.
    • Research and source high-quality materials that reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence.
    • Review and approve samples of selected materials before full-scale printing begins.
  3. Design & Brand Compliance:
    • Ensure all designs meet SayPro’s brand standards, including logo usage, color schemes, and overall aesthetic integrity.
    • Review design drafts and proofs to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
    • Provide feedback and work closely with the design team to make any necessary adjustments to the artwork before it proceeds to print.
  4. Printing Process Oversight:
    • Oversee the entire printing process from start to finish, ensuring the final product aligns with SayPro’s standards for quality and precision.
    • Conduct quality control checks at various stages of the printing process, including pre-printing, in-process, and post-printing stages.
    • Address any discrepancies or quality issues immediately and work with vendors to resolve them in a timely manner.
    • Ensure that the printed materials are delivered within the agreed time frame and meet the established expectations for quality and design.
  5. Timeline Management:
    • Develop and maintain a project timeline, ensuring all milestones are met and the project is completed within the designated time frame.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure prompt approval of designs, materials, and proofs to avoid delays.
  6. Quality Assurance:
    • Perform quality assurance checks on the final printed materials to ensure they meet SayPro’s premium standards.
    • Verify that the finished products are delivered free from defects, with appropriate packaging and labeling.
    • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in printing processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  7. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of vendor contracts, material specifications, and production schedules.
    • Report progress on the project to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team, highlighting any challenges, delays, or changes to the production plan.
    • Prepare and submit final reports detailing the printing process, vendor performance, and material usage.

Expected Outcome: The successful completion of SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 will result in the delivery of premium printed materials, adhering to SayPro’s brand standards and quality expectations. The project will be completed on time, with smooth coordination between internal teams and external vendors.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in vendor coordination and print production.

  • Familiarity with branding and design guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, designers, and external vendors.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position during the project timeline.
  • Office-based work with some travel to printing vendors as needed.
  • Ability to work extended hours to meet project deadlines, especially during critical production phases.
