Primary Responsibility: The individual tasked with SCRR-41 will be responsible for engaging with various stakeholders—learners, educators, industry professionals, and partners—to collect both qualitative and quantitative data regarding their experiences, preferences, and challenges with SayPro’s platform. This information will be essential for assessing the effectiveness of SayPro’s educational tools and services, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of its users.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder Identification and Segmentation
    • Identify Key Stakeholders: Recognize and categorize the various stakeholder groups involved in the use of SayPro’s platform. This includes:
      • Learners: Individuals using the platform for educational purposes, ranging from students to employees in corporate training programs.
      • Educators: Teachers, trainers, and instructional designers who use SayPro to facilitate learning.
      • Industry Professionals: Subject matter experts, corporate partners, and professionals who contribute to or benefit from the platform’s offerings.
      • Corporate Partners: Organizations that use SayPro to deliver training to their employees or collaborate on industry-specific learning programs.
    • Segment Stakeholders: Classify stakeholders by factors such as demographics, user behavior, and engagement levels to ensure targeted data collection and insights.
  2. Develop Engagement Strategies
    • Plan Stakeholder Engagement: Develop tailored strategies for engaging each stakeholder group effectively. Consider factors such as communication preferences, level of involvement with the platform, and types of feedback required.
