Job Title: SayPro Brand Material Office – Printing Coordinator

Job Overview

The SayPro Brand Material Office is responsible for overseeing and executing the SayPro Monthly Printing activities, ensuring that all printed materials are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with SayPro’s brand standards. This role involves managing print production, maintaining quality control, and ensuring consistency in all SayPro marketing materials.

The Printing Coordinator will work closely with print vendors, marketing teams, procurement departments, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful production of all promotional and corporate print materials.


Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Control

  • Oversee the entire printing process to ensure that all materials meet SayPro’s high-quality standards.
  • Inspect proofs and final prints for accuracy in:
    • Color consistency (ensuring correct branding colors are used).
    • Image clarity and resolution (no blurring or pixelation).
    • Text readability (sharp and clear font printing).
    • Material and finish quality (paper thickness, gloss/matte coating, etc.).
  • Address and correct any print defects before final approval and distribution.

2. Print Production Management

  • Coordinate print orders with vendors to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Ensure that all printed materials align with SayPro’s marketing and event schedules.
  • Work with vendors to secure cost-effective pricing without compromising quality.
  • Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure timely delivery of printed materials.

3. Brand Compliance & Consistency

  • Ensure that all printed materials strictly follow SayPro’s brand guidelines, including:
    • Correct logo placement and sizing.
    • Consistent fonts and typography.
    • Adherence to SayPro’s approved color scheme.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the designs align with campaign objectives.

4. Inventory Management & Replenishment

  • Monitor stock levels of printed materials, ensuring an adequate supply for campaigns and events.
  • Implement a tracking system to prevent stock shortages or overproduction.
  • Coordinate replenishment orders to avoid delays in marketing activities.

5. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with print vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate printing costs and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure that vendors comply with SayPro’s print quality standards.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations to maintain high production standards.

6. Cost Optimization & Budgeting

  • Ensure all printing activities stay within the allocated budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
  • Work with procurement and finance teams to optimize expenses.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of all print orders, deliveries, and quality control checks.
  • Provide regular updates to the SayPro Marketing Royalty team on:
    • Print production progress.
    • Inventory levels.
    • Quality control assessments.
    • Cost analysis and budget status.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the printing process and suggest optimizations.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in Print Production Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing materials.
  • Ability to identify and resolve print quality issues.
  • Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure brand compliance and material accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
