Overview:

The SayPro Brand Material Office is responsible for overseeing the execution of the SayPro Monthly Printing initiative, ensuring that all print projects are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and meet SayPro’s high standards of quality. This initiative focuses on the production of all physical marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, banners, and other branded materials. The office plays a key role in supporting SayPro’s marketing campaigns and brand identity by managing print production and ensuring that all printed materials meet the company’s professional image.

The Print Collateral Development function is a critical part of this process, involving the creation, design, and production of new printed materials or the refreshing of existing ones to support SayPro’s monthly marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Print Collateral Development

  • Objective: Work closely with the SayPro marketing team to develop new print materials or refresh existing materials as part of SayPro’s monthly marketing campaigns.
  • Key Tasks:
    • Collaborative Design Process:
      • Partner with the marketing team to define the goals, messaging, and target audience for new print materials. This could involve brainstorming ideas, offering design recommendations, and aligning on the creative direction.
      • Assist the design team in producing visually appealing print materials that reflect SayPro’s brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency with previous materials and the overall marketing strategy.
    • Update Existing Materials:
      • Regularly review existing print materials and identify opportunities for improvement or refreshment. This could include updating outdated information, incorporating new branding elements, or enhancing the design to reflect changes in marketing objectives.
      • Ensure that all updated print materials maintain a polished, professional look and align with the current goals of SayPro’s marketing campaigns.
    • Creative Brief Development:
      • Help develop and maintain creative briefs for all print materials. Ensure that briefs include all necessary information, such as purpose, target audience, design guidelines, and timelines.
    • Prototyping and Mockups:
      • Oversee the creation of mockups and prototypes for new materials to ensure that the final product meets expectations. Ensure that these prototypes undergo reviews by key stakeholders, including the marketing, design, and executive teams, before moving into full production.
    • Incorporating Feedback:
      • Gather feedback from the marketing team, leadership, and other departments regarding new print collateral and incorporate their input into revisions. Ensure all materials meet SayPro’s branding guidelines and quality standards.
    • Brand Consistency:
      • Ensure that all print materials, whether new or updated, align with SayPro’s brand guidelines. This includes proper use of logos, color schemes, fonts, and other visual elements that define the company’s brand identity.

    • Vendor Coordination:
