SayPro Royal Chairperson – Encouragement and Support During This Challenging Time
To the CEO of SayPro, Neftaly Malatjie, Royal Committee Vice-Chairperson Johannes Mputla, SayPro Royal Chiefs and Human Capital.
Kgotso a ebe le lena.
I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits despite the challenges we are currently facing.
As you are all aware, our organization — like many others across the country — has been affected by the ongoing economic strain that South Africa is experiencing. The recent delays in salary disbursements are a direct result of these broader economic conditions, and I want to personally assure you that this is a temporary phase. We are working tirelessly to resolve these issues and to ensure that operations return to full stability as soon as possible.
During this period, I urge everyone to remain steadfast, united, and patient. SayPro has always stood strong through times of uncertainty, and it is through our collective resilience that we will overcome this challenge as well. Let us continue to serve with commitment and uphold the values that define SayPro — integrity, teamwork, and service to our communities.
We also understand that these delays may create difficulties with personal financial obligations, including rent. For those experiencing issues with landlords or other financial commitments, please reach out to SayProCHCR (SayPro Human Capital ). They are authorized to issue official letters of support and communication to assist in these matters.
Let us continue to support one another, to communicate openly, and to believe in the mission that binds us together. This moment will pass, and we will emerge stronger and more united than before.
Thank you for your understanding, dedication, and unwavering loyalty to SayPro.
With appreciation and encouragement.
My message shall end here.
