Position Overview:
The SayPro Monthly Letter Head Design and Branding role is integral to ensuring that all official communications from SayPro reflect the company’s commitment to high standards of design, consistency, and brand identity. This role requires a creative individual to design, update, and maintain the monthly letterhead used in all official SayPro correspondence, ensuring that it aligns with SayPro’s evolving brand guidelines and corporate standards as established by SayPro Brand Material Office under the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Continuous Improvement of Letterhead Design:
    • Stay informed about SayPro’s current and evolving brand guidelines.
    • Implement necessary design changes to the letterhead based on updates or shifts in branding, ensuring it remains consistent with SayPro’s visual identity.
    • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing and Brand Material Office to incorporate new design elements, fonts, colors, and other brand assets as they evolve.
  2. Design and Branding Consistency:
    • Ensure that the SayPro Monthly Letter Head aligns with the corporate branding by adhering strictly to SayPro’s official design templates and color schemes.
    • Apply proper typographic hierarchy and ensure that the SayPro logo and other brand assets are accurately placed and sized.
    • Maintain consistent design elements for all communication types, including letterheads for internal and external correspondence, ensuring each iteration reflects SayPro’s identity.
  3. Coordination with the Marketing Team:
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing team to understand any changes to the company’s messaging, branding, or special promotions that might require updates to the letterhead design.
    • Attend design review meetings to align on strategic communication goals and ensure the letterhead design supports those objectives.
  4. Execution of the Monthly Design:
    • Design the official letterhead template for the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 publication and every subsequent month thereafter.
    • Ensure the letterhead is adaptable to various digital and print formats, optimizing for both high-quality printing and digital sharing (e.g., email PDFs, web posting).
  5. Quality Assurance and Brand Integrity:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in corporate branding, logo creation, and layout design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Ability to adapt and work within established brand guidelines while introducing innovative design solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute flawless designs under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and the marketing team effectively.
  • Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.

Deliverables:

  • Finalized SayPro Monthly Letterhead Design for January SCMR-13 and all future months.
  • Design files in various formats (e.g., AI, PDF, PNG) for both print and digital use.
  • Documentation of all design revisions and versions.

Success Metrics:

  • Timely delivery of each month’s letterhead design.
