SayPro Documents Required from Employees
1. Delivery Confirmation Documentation
Purpose:
The purpose of the Delivery Confirmation documentation is to provide proof that the printed materials have been successfully delivered to the client. This ensures accountability, transparency, and record-keeping for SayPro’s operations.
Required Documents:
- Delivery Note – A document issued by SayPro confirming the delivery details, including date, time, recipient name, and signature.
- Client Acknowledgment Receipt – A signed document from the client confirming receipt of the printed materials.
- Courier Tracking Details (if applicable) – Proof of shipment and delivery from an external courier service.
- Photographic Evidence – Clear images of the delivered materials at the client’s location.
- Internal Delivery Log – A record maintained by SayPro employees, documenting delivery status and observations.
Submission Guidelines:
- All delivery confirmation documents must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery completion.
- Digital copies should be uploaded to SayPro’s document management system.
- Hard copies should be stored securely at the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR office.
