Job Description: Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro Quarterly Marketing and Advertising
Overview: The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro’s Quarterly Marketing and Advertising will be a pivotal figure in the development, execution, and optimization of SayPro’s marketing campaigns with a particular emphasis on online platforms. This role is responsible for managing all facets of SayPro’s marketing efforts, from the strategic planning stage to performance analysis. The Manager will work closely with content, creative, and paid media teams to ensure that SayPro’s digital marketing goals are achieved, while also aligning these campaigns with broader business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategies for SayPro’s quarterly campaigns, ensuring they align with SayPro’s business goals and objectives, specifically related to the design and promotion of SayPro’s branded lighting solutions for various environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, and media) to design a marketing plan for both indoor and outdoor lighting solutions that will effectively represent SayPro’s brand and resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize insights from the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 and SayPro Monthly Indoor and Outdoor Lighting reports to craft messaging that positions SayPro as a leader in lighting innovation across different spaces, from corporate offices to retail environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that the brand’s voice and identity are consistent across all campaign materials, including digital content, advertisements, and visual assets for lighting solutions.
- Coordinate with the paid media team to develop targeted advertising campaigns on various online platforms, ensuring optimal use of advertising budgets and tools to reach the right audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to generate engaging and relevant content that highlights the unique value propositions of SayPro’s branded lighting solutions, as seen in the SayPro Brand Material Office guidelines.
- Execution and Optimization:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across online channels, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data and analytics, adjusting strategies to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage A/B testing initiatives to identify the most effective messaging, targeting, and creative strategies for SayPro’s advertising efforts.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms, providing detailed reports and insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Monitor the success of the SayPro Monthly Indoor and Outdoor Lighting campaigns and assess how well these campaigns align with the brand’s objectives as outlined in the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
- Offer actionable recommendations for future campaigns based on data insights and market trends.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure all marketing materials, both digital and print, adhere to SayPro’s brand guidelines and accurately reflect the company’s values and vision.
- Design campaigns that emphasize SayPro’s reputation for high-quality, innovative lighting solutions, highlighting both the aesthetic and functional benefits of SayPro products.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Track expenditures throughout the campaign cycle and ensure adherence to budget constraints while achieving campaign goals.
- Trend Analysis and Industry Research:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
- Conduct competitive research to understand the digital marketing landscape for indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, ensuring SayPro’s campaigns are innovative and ahead of the curve.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape for B2B and B2C environments, particularly in the lighting or design industry.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, along with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong eye for design and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives around products and services.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the lighting or home decor industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Expertise in SEO and SEM.
