Job Description: Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro Quarterly Marketing and Advertising
Position Overview: SayPro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Advertising Manager to lead the Quarterly Marketing and Advertising efforts. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on online platforms. They will manage the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from the initial strategy to performance analysis, and collaborate closely with various teams such as content, creative, and paid media to meet SayPro’s marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and how to leverage various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This position is integral to promoting SayPro’s indoor and outdoor lighting solutions and ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy for the brand.
Core Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing goals and align them with SayPro’s overall business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies, focusing on both digital and offline channels.
- Design and execute quarterly marketing campaigns that promote SayPro’s products, services, and brand, specifically within the indoor and outdoor lighting segments.
- Create and maintain detailed campaign schedules, budgets, and timelines for each initiative.
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Definition and Tracking:
- Define and set measurable KPIs for each marketing campaign, including engagement, leads, conversions, and sales.
- Regularly track, report, and optimize performance against KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and effective use of resources.
- Perform A/B testing and other performance analysis techniques to assess the effectiveness of strategies and tactics.
- Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences for SayPro’s products and services.
- Define and refine audience segments, ensuring campaigns are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of each group.
- Utilize data-driven insights to create personalized and effective messaging for various target segments.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms, including website content, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
- Partner with the creative team to ensure high-quality, visually appealing marketing assets that align with SayPro’s branding.
- Manage and collaborate with the paid media team to implement cost-effective advertising strategies and ensure optimal budget allocation for digital ads.
- Content and Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the creation of digital assets such as ad creatives, landing pages, social media posts, email templates, and video content.
- Ensure that all content is aligned with SayPro’s brand voice and tone, particularly in relation to promoting indoor and outdoor lighting solutions.
- Lead the execution of both organic and paid media campaigns, utilizing channels such as Google Ads, social media platforms, display advertising, and SEO.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the performance of campaigns, with actionable insights for improvements.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify successes, challenges, and areas for future growth.
- Branding and Positioning:
- Support SayPro’s overall brand development by ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop innovative ways to position SayPro as a leader in the lighting industry, including the creation of branded lighting solutions for various environments.
- Ensure that all messaging aligns with SayPro’s vision, especially when it comes to the design and promotion of branded indoor and outdoor lighting solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience in working with content, creative, and paid media teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the lighting industry, specifically indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain ongoing communication with other departments (such as sales and product development) to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals and product offerings.
- Ensure that SayPro’s marketing initiatives align with the monthly and quarterly sales cycles, specifically related to the lighting sector.
- Oversee brand material creation for SayPro’s Indoor and Outdoor Lighting solutions, ensuring consistency across all campaigns.
Position Reporting: This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works closely with senior leadership to align campaign objectives with the company’s strategic goals.
