Job Title: Marketing and Advertising Manager – SayPro Quarterly Marketing and Advertising

Overview: The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro Quarterly Marketing and Advertising will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and optimization of SayPro’s marketing campaigns, specifically focusing on online platforms. This role requires an individual with strong experience in digital marketing, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration. The manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from initial strategy formulation to performance analysis, ensuring that SayPro’s digital marketing objectives are achieved. Working closely with the content, creative, and paid media teams, the manager will help drive SayPro’s marketing efforts and ensure high-quality, effective messaging for SayPro’s products, including quarterly updates such as SayPro Monthly, SCMR-13, and SayPro Indoor and Outdoor Lighting campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning and Strategy Development:
    • Lead the strategy development for SayPro’s quarterly marketing campaigns, focusing on targeted online platforms.
    • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
  2. Content Creation and Distribution:
    • Partner with SayPro’s content creation team to develop creative and compelling content for various marketing channels, including ads, social media posts, landing pages, email newsletters, and more.
    • Ensure content is tailored to each campaign’s objectives and aligns with SayPro’s brand tone, voice, and messaging.
    • Oversee the production of all campaign-related content, ensuring that it is both engaging and meets performance goals.
    • Manage content distribution schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery across all digital platforms, such as websites, social media channels, and email marketing platforms.
  3. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with SayPro’s creative team to ensure high-quality visual and design elements for campaigns, including ad creatives, landing page designs, and more.
    • Collaborate with the paid media team to optimize digital ad campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and ROI through targeted audience segments and optimized bidding strategies.
    • Partner with SayPro’s marketing royalty department to ensure branded content aligns with the company’s standards and market positioning.
  4. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing metrics.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other performance experiments to optimize content, creative, and ad strategies.
  5. Branding and Messaging Consistency:
    • Ensure that all marketing campaigns maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to be used across all marketing materials and campaigns, reinforcing SayPro’s position as a trusted brand.
    • Oversee the creation of branded materials, including SayPro’s quarterly updates, SCMR-13 campaigns, and lighting solutions such as SayPro Indoor and Outdoor Lighting.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Oversee the campaign budget, ensuring all digital marketing initiatives stay within budget while maximizing effectiveness.
    • Monitor spending on paid media campaigns and ensure efficient allocation of resources to optimize campaign performance.
    • Report on budget performance to senior management and provide recommendations for cost-effective strategies.
  7. Collaboration on New Product Launches and Campaigns:
    • Work closely with SayPro’s product development and marketing teams to develop strategies for new product launches and campaigns, including SayPro Monthly, SCMR-13, and branded lighting solutions.
    • Provide input on the messaging, content, and digital strategies for new product offerings, ensuring they align with customer needs and market demands.
  8. Innovative Marketing Initiatives:
    • Continuously explore new and innovative ways to improve SayPro’s digital presence and engagement across all platforms.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing and advertising, and apply best practices to enhance SayPro’s marketing efforts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing and Advertising Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and paid media specialists.
  • Deep knowledge of online marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using analytics tools to track and optimize performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creative, engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and email marketing tools.
