Job Overview:
SayPro is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing and Advertising Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our quarterly marketing campaigns with a specific focus on digital platforms. This role involves overseeing all aspects of SayPro’s online advertising efforts, from the creation of strategies to post-campaign performance analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and paid media teams, to achieve digital marketing goals and drive the growth of SayPro’s brand across various online channels.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning and Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies, particularly focusing on digital channels, for SayPro’s quarterly campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Create detailed campaign plans, outlining target audiences, messaging, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Set measurable objectives to track the performance of each campaign and ensure continuous improvement.
2. Content Creation and Distribution
- Partner with the content creation team to design compelling content for various digital platforms including ads, social media posts, landing pages, email newsletters, and blog posts.
- Oversee the development of creative assets, ensuring consistency with SayPro’s brand voice and messaging.
- Ensure that content is optimized for each platform and tailored to the needs and behaviors of target audiences.
- Coordinate content calendars for seamless content distribution, ensuring that all marketing materials are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Online Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Manage day-to-day execution of online marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Implement and oversee digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the paid media team to optimize ad spend, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics based on real-time data and analytics to improve results.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Regularly analyze the performance of ongoing campaigns using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Present performance reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements, such as ad copy, design, and landing pages, to enhance results.
5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the content team, creative team, and paid media team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across all campaign elements.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand creative assets for digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure that all customer interactions through digital channels are aligned with campaign messaging and branding.
6. SayPro Brand Material and Design
- Oversee the creation of branded marketing material for SayPro’s products, including SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 and SayPro Monthly Indoor and Outdoor Lighting solutions.
- Design and manage branded lighting solutions for different environments, ensuring high-quality and visually impactful presentations for various marketing needs.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all brand material used for online marketing campaigns, including ads and social media visuals.
7. Budget and Resource Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for digital campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure that all campaigns stay within budget and deliver optimal ROI.
- Work with vendors and agencies as needed to ensure campaign execution aligns with project timelines and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, campaign management, and online advertising.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve ROI.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
