Position Overview:
The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro’s Quarterly Marketing and Advertising campaigns will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimization of SayPro’s digital marketing efforts. This position is specifically focused on online platforms, and the Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from the initial strategy to detailed performance analysis. The role requires close collaboration with the content, creative, and paid media teams to ensure that the company’s digital marketing objectives are met and campaigns perform optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Campaign Development:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for SayPro’s online platforms, in alignment with the company’s goals for the quarterly campaigns.
- Work closely with the content team to develop messaging, and with the creative team to ensure visual content is compelling and on-brand.
- Design paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms, ensuring they are tailored to meet audience needs and objectives.
- Oversee the execution of these campaigns, ensuring all aspects are launched according to plan and within the set timeline.
2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, and other digital assets to identify the best-performing variations and continuously optimize campaign results.
- Analyze real-time data to assess campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve effectiveness.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate key metrics including CTR (Click-through Rate), CPC (Cost per Click), CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rates, and overall ROI (Return on Investment).
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign targeting, messaging, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Work with the paid media team to optimize advertising spend across platforms, ensuring maximum impact with the allocated budget.
3. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure marketing messages are consistent, engaging, and aligned with SayPro’s brand voice.
- Work with creative teams to produce high-quality visual assets for campaigns, ensuring they align with the strategy and are optimized for each platform.
- Coordinate with the paid media team to manage advertising strategies, budget allocation, and bid adjustments to ensure that campaign goals are met.
4. Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
- Monitor and manage advertising spend to ensure campaigns remain within budget while still achieving desired performance metrics.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple channels (e.g., social media platforms, search engines, email campaigns) to achieve a balanced and cost-effective approach.
- Report regularly on budget spending and make recommendations for adjustments to maximize ROI.
5. Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for future campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to track and analyze campaign data, ensuring that results are communicated in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
6. Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising technologies, and consumer behavior to ensure SayPro’s campaigns are innovative and competitive.
- Identify new marketing tools, platforms, or tactics to further enhance campaign performance and expand SayPro’s reach.
- Continuously evaluate competitor campaigns to identify areas of opportunity or improvement in SayPro’s digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing online advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing, performance metrics, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and report to senior management.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and its integration with paid media campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
