SayPro Tasks to be Completed During the Period

Implementation and Launch of Campaigns:

  1. Platform Setup and Configuration:
    • Platform selection and setup: Ensure that all selected platforms for the campaign—Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and any other relevant platforms—are fully set up and configured to meet campaign objectives.
    • Ad Account Configuration: Set up or optimize ad accounts on the chosen platforms, ensuring that user permissions, billing information, and campaign parameters (budget, objectives, targeting) are correctly configured.
    • Tracking Tools Setup: Implement tracking tools across all campaign platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking links. Ensure that these tools are correctly integrated into all relevant ad creatives, landing pages, and website elements to track user activity and conversions effectively.
  2. Campaign Structure Development:
    • Define Campaign Objectives: Work with the marketing team to define clear objectives for each campaign (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, product sales, etc.) and ensure that these are reflected in the campaign structure.
    • Audience Segmentation: Develop and segment audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and location for precise targeting. Use customer insights and data analytics to refine audience profiles and improve targeting accuracy.
    • Budget Allocation: Allocate budgets based on the campaign objectives, selecting an appropriate distribution across platforms and ad sets to maximize reach and performance. Determine bids and set daily/total spend limits.
    • Creative Brief Development: Coordinate with the creative team to develop and finalize all assets required for the campaign (e.g., ad copy, visuals, video, landing pages, etc.), ensuring they align with the campaign message and target audience.
  3. Ad Creation and Testing:
    • Create Ads for Each Platform: Develop platform-specific ads including display ads, carousel ads, video ads, and more for platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Ensure ad creatives are optimized for each platform’s specifications (e.g., size, format, length).
    • A/B Testing Setup: Create multiple variations of ads for A/B testing purposes, testing different headlines, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs). Set up experiments to measure which ad variations drive the best results, focusing on click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
    • Landing Page Optimization: Develop or optimize landing pages for each campaign, ensuring they are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and aligned with the campaign’s objective. Implement relevant CTAs, lead capture forms, and other conversion-boosting elements.

    • Adjust Targeting and Budget: Based on initial performance data, make necessary adjustments to audience targeting, budget allocation, and bids to improve results.
    • Optimize Ads and Creatives: Make real-time changes to underperforming ads by refining ad copy, adjusting calls to action, or testing new creatives. Reallocate budget to top-performing ad sets and refine targeting based on insights.
    • Retargeting Strategy: Implement retargeting strategies for users who have interacted with the brand but have not yet converted. Set up custom audiences on platforms like Facebook and Google to retarget these users with tailored ads.
  6. Regular Reporting and Analysis:
    • Provide Performance Reports: Provide detailed performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis to key stakeholders, analyzing the results and insights from the campaigns. Focus on both short-term and long-term campaign success metrics.
    • Insight Gathering: Use campaign data to gather insights into user behavior and preferences, which can inform future marketing strategies and decision-making.
