Job Title: SayPro Monthly Indoor and Outdoor Lighting – January SCMR-13

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customization of Lighting Solutions:

  • Design Lighting for Brand Identity: Develop and implement lighting solutions for both indoor and outdoor settings that reflect and reinforce SayPro’s brand identity. Lighting solutions must feature branded elements such as company colors, logos, and thematic elements, ensuring consistency across all environments (office spaces, events, trade shows, etc.).
  • Incorporate SayPro’s Visual Standards: Adhere to the visual guidelines provided by SayPro’s marketing and branding teams. This includes but is not limited to, maintaining proper color temperatures, light intensity, and distribution, which align with the brand’s look and feel for the January SCMR-13 lighting project.

2. Conceptual Design for Indoor and Outdoor Spaces:

  • Indoor Lighting: Design and implement innovative indoor lighting setups tailored to office environments, meeting rooms, conference spaces, and public areas. The design should create an engaging, professional atmosphere while maintaining comfort and functionality.
  • Outdoor Lighting: Develop aesthetic and functional outdoor lighting concepts that highlight SayPro’s outdoor spaces or event venues. This includes designing lighting that enhances the brand’s presence at trade shows, outdoor promotional events, and exterior office facades. Special attention must be given to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

3. Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate with SayPro Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to understand the objectives for the January SCMR-13 project and ensure the lighting design aligns with the overall marketing and branding strategy.
  • Liaise with Vendors and Suppliers: Coordinate with lighting equipment suppliers, vendors, and contractors to source materials and components that meet the project requirements. Ensure that all materials are of high quality and conform to the latest industry standards.
  • Provide Technical Support: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the lighting design is implementable and sustainable. This includes working with electricians, installation teams, and other technical experts to ensure that lighting installations are executed correctly and efficiently.

4. Project Management:

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Post-Installation Checks: Conduct thorough checks of installed lighting systems both indoors and outdoors to ensure that they meet the brand standards and are functioning optimally. Address any issues with lighting performance, aesthetics, or safety before final project approval.
  • Maintenance Recommendations: Provide recommendations for the maintenance of lighting systems, including the frequency of checks, bulb replacements, and other upkeep tasks, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Detailed Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design plans, installation guidelines, and vendor details. Ensure that all documentation is easily accessible for future reference and aligns with SayPro’s standards for quality and safety.
  • Reporting to Senior Management: Regularly report progress, challenges, and achievements to senior marketing and design managers. Provide insights and analytics on lighting performance, cost analysis, and any other relevant metrics related to the project.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Lighting Design, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience in designing and implementing branded indoor and outdoor lighting solutions.
  • Familiarity with Lighting Design Software: Proficiency in using design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other lighting design software.
  • Strong Understanding of Branding and Marketing: Ability to integrate a company’s visual identity into functional lighting design.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Creative and Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and deliver unique, on-brand lighting solutions for diverse environments.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining high-quality standards for design, installation, and overall project execution.
