Purpose:

Responsibility:
All departments contributing to research, analytics, strategy, product development, and reporting.

Details and Structure Required:

  • Title Page
    • Name of the employee and department
    • Month and year of submission
    • Document type: Research and Data Insights Report
  • Executive Summary
    • A brief overview of the findings
    • Key insights and recommendations
  • Research Objectives
    • Clearly state the purpose and questions addressed
    • Business or operational need driving the research
  • Methodology
    • Type of research: qualitative, quantitative, or mixed
    • Tools and methods used (e.g., surveys, focus groups, data scraping, analytics tools)
  • Data Sources and Referencing
    • All data must be accompanied by sourced references
    • Use Harvard or APA referencing styles
    • Indicate whether data is primary (internal) or secondary (external)
