Overview:

The Affiliate Icon Pack Designer is responsible for designing a cohesive and customizable set of brand-aligned icons that will be distributed to SayPro Affiliates via the SayPro website. These icons will empower affiliates to create visually consistent promotional materials that reflect SayPro’s official branding and marketing standards.

This role is integral to maintaining brand consistency across all SayPro affiliate marketing efforts globally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Icon Pack Development

• Design a custom set of icons that align with SayPro’s visual branding guidelines.
• Icons should cover common affiliate marketing themes such as:
  • Join Now / Sign Up
  • Earn with SayPro
  • Affiliate Dashboard
  • Track Sales / Commission
  • Verified / Trusted Affiliate
  • Limited-Time Offer
  • SayPro Badge / Branding

2. Template Customization & Scalability

• Develop icon templates that allow affiliates to easily edit colors, text, or minor elements to fit different campaign styles while maintaining core brand elements.
• Ensure icons are available in multiple formats (PNG, SVG, AI, PSD, etc.) to meet the needs of various users and platforms.

3. Brand Alignment

• Follow SayPro’s brand visual style guide, including:
  • Color palette
  • Typography
  • Iconography style (line, filled, duotone, etc.)
  • Spacing, padding, and shadowing rules
• Collaborate with the Brand Material Office to ensure visual accuracy and consistency.

4. Quality Assurance

• Conduct internal QA to ensure all icons are:
  • Visually polished and properly aligned
  • Optimized for web and mobile use
  • Compatible with major design platforms

5. File Management & Distribution

• Organize the icon pack into a user-friendly folder structure:
  • Categorized folders (e.g., Sales, Trust, Join, Alerts, etc.)
  • Include documentation and usage guide (PDF or web page)
• Upload icon pack to SayPro’s website, under the Affiliate Resources section.
• Ensure files are easily downloadable with clear naming conventions.

6. Monthly Updates (SCMR-13 SayPro Monthly Icons)

• Participate in monthly design cycles to release new or refreshed icons as part of SayPro Monthly updates.
• Coordinate with marketing for release notes or promotional announcements.
