📄 1. Design Brief

Purpose:
To outline the concept, scope, and intent behind each set of icon designs.

Content Requirements:

  • Title of Icon Set/Series
  • Purpose & Use Case (e.g., website menu, app interface, presentation materials)
  • List of Icons to be Designed with clear naming conventions
  • Rationale for Each Icon Design (explain the visual metaphor or symbol selection)
  • Target Audience or Platform (e.g., desktop, mobile, internal/external use)
  • References & Inspirations (if any)
  • Alignment Notes: How each icon adheres to the SayPro Visual Style Guide

Submission Format: PDF or editable Google Doc


📄 2. Style Guide Alignment Sheet

Purpose:
To verify that each icon complies with SayPro’s official branding elements and visual principles.

Content Requirements:

  • Checkboxes or indicators for each of the following:
    • Color palette conformity (primary, secondary, and accent tones)
    • Stroke weight and proportions
    • Icon corner radius and shape style
    • Typography usage (if text is embedded)
    • Consistency across the set
  • A short note confirming adherence or explaining deviations (if any)

Submission Format: Editable template provided by the Brand Material Office


📄 3. SVG/Icon Asset File Folder

Purpose:
To deliver finalized icon files in standardized formats for use across platforms.

Content Requirements:

  • Each icon delivered in:
    • SVG format (primary)
    • PNG format in multiple sizes (32×32, 64×64, 128×128)
    • Optional: AI or PSD source files
  • Files properly named using SayPro naming conventions (e.g., saypro-icon-learning.svg)
  • Folder clearly labeled with:
    • Project Title
    • Designer Name
    • Date of Submission

Submission Format: Organized folder in SayPro’s shared drive (Google Drive or SayPro Cloud)


📄 4. Revision Log (If Applicable)

Purpose:
To track all feedback received and the changes made across icon design iterations.

Content Requirements:

  • Date of revision
  • Description of changes made
  • Source of feedback (e.g., QA reviewer, brand manager)
  • Status: Resolved / Pending

Purpose:
