Job Summary:
The SayPro Monthly Furniture Poster Design Branding Specialist is responsible for the creation and execution of high-quality furniture posters that effectively communicate SayPro’s branded furniture products to target audiences. This role ensures the posters are not only visually striking but also adhere to SayPro’s established brand identity, maximizing the impact of digital and physical marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Poster Design and Brand Alignment
Objective:
The designer will ensure that all poster designs adhere to SayPro’s visual identity, maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Brand Guidelines Adherence:
- Ensure that each poster is designed in line with SayPro’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency with the company’s color schemes, typography, logos, and overall visual style.
- Follow the visual identity guide for appropriate placement of SayPro’s logo, fonts, and color palette to reflect a unified and professional brand image.
- Poster Design Creation:
- Develop visually appealing posters that highlight SayPro’s branded furniture, ensuring the design focuses on the key features of the furniture pieces (quality, style, functionality).
- Design posters that integrate compelling visuals with persuasive messaging to effectively market furniture products to target customers.
- Maintain attention to detail in design elements, ensuring a clean, modern aesthetic that reflects SayPro’s premium brand positioning.
- Visual Consistency:
- Apply uniform design principles to ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and logo usage across all posters.
- Ensure that visual hierarchy and composition are aligned with SayPro’s marketing objectives, providing clear, digestible, and visually engaging content.
- Continuously monitor the quality of design to guarantee that all elements appear cohesive and maintain the visual integrity of SayPro’s brand.
2. Conceptualization and Creativity
Objective:
Develop creative and innovative poster designs that capture consumer interest and communicate key messages clearly and persuasively.
- Creative Brief Development:
- Develop creative concepts that highlight specific furniture products or collections from SayPro, keeping in mind the target market and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that each poster’s creative direction aligns with the overarching campaign goals.
- Mood Boards and Prototypes:
- Develop mood boards and design mockups for initial review, allowing stakeholders to provide feedback before proceeding to final design production.
- Experiment with different layouts, typographies, and visual elements to create multiple design options for each campaign.
- Innovative Messaging:
- Integrate promotional messages, taglines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) into the poster designs to engage the audience and drive interest in SayPro’s furniture products.
- Ensure that the messaging is in line with SayPro’s marketing tone—professional, sleek, and focused on the high-quality aspects of the furniture.
3. Collaboration and Feedback Integration

- Optimization for Platforms:
- Adapt the posters for both digital and print use, ensuring that each design is optimized for different platforms (e.g., social media, websites, email newsletters, and physical display ads).
- Ensure that digital files are correctly formatted, with the appropriate resolution and size for each intended distribution platform.
- File Preparation for Production:
- Prepare all final design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring proper formatting and resolution for both large-format prints and online media.
- Ensure that all assets (e.g., fonts, images) are properly licensed and that all necessary usage rights are in place for public distribution.
5. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
Objective:
Monitor the effectiveness of the poster designs in achieving marketing goals and contribute to future design improvements.
- Performance Monitoring:

Qualifications & Requirements:
