Job Overview:

SayPro is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre-Installation & Installation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing the entire installation process of SayPro brand materials, ensuring that installations meet professional standards and reflect the quality and identity of the SayPro brand.

This position will play a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in brand representation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Installation Planning (SCMR-13):

• Conduct thorough site assessments in advance of installations.
• Verify that all necessary equipment, tools, materials, and brand assets are available and in good condition.
• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure delivery and readiness of required resources in alignment with the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 requirements.
• Identify and address any site-specific limitations, hazards, or special requirements to avoid delays during installation.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to finalize the installation timeline and scope of work.

2. Monthly Installation Execution:

• Perform or supervise the professional installation of SayPro brand materials at designated sites, in accordance with established quality standards.
• Ensure that all installations are visually consistent with SayPro brand guidelines and contribute positively to public perception and brand identity.
• Follow technical specifications and layout designs provided by the SayPro Brand Material Office.
• Utilize appropriate installation techniques and equipment to ensure long-lasting, safe, and stable setups.

3. Collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR:

• Liaise closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to ensure alignment between brand strategy and on-site execution.
• Attend planning meetings and progress briefings as required.
• Provide feedback and documentation on installation effectiveness and any encountered challenges.

4. Post-Installation & Reporting:

• Conduct final inspection and quality assurance checks after installation completion.
• Document work completed, including photographs, material usage, and compliance reports.
• Submit comprehensive post-installation reports to management and marketing teams.
• Report any issues, damages, or maintenance needs that may affect the installed materials’ longevity or visual integrity.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in installation or site operations.
