1. Job Title:

Installation & Planning Associate


2. Purpose of the Role:

To ensure the professional, efficient, and brand-compliant pre-installation planning and execution of SayPro marketing materials and assets across designated regions and partner locations. This includes the full scope of planning, logistics, coordination, and oversight under the SayPro Marketing Royalty guidelines, specifically within the context of SayPro Monthly installations (e.g., January SCMR-13).


3. Key Responsibilities:


A. Pre-Installation Planning

Objective: Create a comprehensive, actionable, and brand-aligned plan that defines the roadmap for each monthly installation cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed monthly installation plan in line with SayPro Marketing Royalty directives and SCMR protocols (e.g., SCMR-13 for January).
  • Identify and allocate the required personnel and resources, including installers, quality inspectors, logistics support, and equipment handlers.
  • Prepare a timeline of activities including material readiness, transportation, on-site preparation, installation, quality assurance, and sign-off deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure materials are branded, approved, and available ahead of the installation date.
  • Liaise with SayPro SCMR operations and regional field officers to confirm locations, site-readiness, and special conditions.
  • Anticipate logistical challenges (weather, access, site conditions) and integrate contingency planning.

B. SayPro Monthly Installation (e.g., SCMR-13 – January)

Objective: Deliver professional and consistent installation services that meet SayPro standards for branding, visibility, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the SayPro Monthly Installation plan precisely as approved by the Brand Material Office.
  • Ensure installation is performed by qualified personnel and in alignment with approved brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of installations on-site, ensuring that all elements (posters, stands, banners, digital screens, etc.) are properly placed and secured.
  • Report on progress and document each completed installation with photographic evidence and timestamped logs.
  • Submit completion reports to the SayPro Marketing Royalty team for validation and record keeping.
  • Conduct post-installation checks to ensure long-term durability and immediate functionality of the installed materials.
  • Ensure safety and compliance at all times, adhering to SayPro’s standards and local regulations.

5. Reporting & Communication:

  • Report directly to the Installation Coordinator or Brand Material Officer
  • Weekly progress check-ins via SayPro internal communication channels
  • Real-time reporting of any deviations or issues during planning or installation

6. Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Installation timelines met vs. planned schedule
  • Accuracy of resource planning and personnel deployment
  • Quality rating from post-installation inspections
  • Compliance with brand standards
  • Timely and complete reporting
  • Number of successful installations completed per cycle
