Key Responsibilities:
- Document Installation Process:
- Maintain comprehensive records of each installation from start to finish, including preparation, equipment setup, testing, and final implementation.
- Ensure that all actions are documented clearly, accurately, and in real-time to capture all critical details of the installation.
- Identify and Record Challenges:
- Monitor and identify any obstacles or issues faced during the installation process, such as technical difficulties, logistical delays, or communication barriers.
- Record the specific nature of the challenges and the impact they may have had on the installation timeline, quality, or effectiveness.
- Document Solutions and Resolutions:
- For each challenge faced, provide detailed information about how the issue was resolved. Include the steps taken to address the problem, any team collaboration, and adjustments made to overcome the obstacle.
- Ensure that the solution is documented in a manner that is actionable for future reference and training purposes.
- Post-Installation Effectiveness:
- Assess the success of the installation in terms of functionality, compliance with SayPro standards, and client satisfaction.

- Monthly Reporting and Feedback:
- Compile monthly post-installation reports as part of the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 (SayPro Monthly Installation).

- Submit these reports to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR for review and action, ensuring that data collected is timely and comprehensive.
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
