Job Description Overview: As a Collaboration and Communication Specialist at SayPro, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless collaboration between various departments, including Marketing, Sales, and other relevant teams, to ensure that brand materials are effectively placed and communicated across high-traffic areas. Your role will support the brand’s visibility and effectiveness through careful coordination, ensuring that installations of brand materials are done professionally and in alignment with SayPro’s marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams:
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that all promotional and brand materials are distributed and displayed effectively in high-traffic areas.
- Partner with the Sales department to identify strategic placement opportunities for brand materials, ensuring maximum brand exposure and visibility.
- Placement of Brand Materials:
- Identify key locations for brand material placements across offices, retail spaces, and other public or high-traffic areas.
- Ensure that materials are placed according to the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 guidelines, with emphasis on targeting high-visibility zones for the most significant impact.
- Oversee the installation process, ensuring that all materials are displayed professionally and consistently with SayPro’s branding guidelines.
- Professional Installation Management:
- Coordinate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to schedule the installation of all promotional materials.
- Ensure that installations are executed efficiently and are of high quality, reflecting SayPro’s professional image and standards.
- Work with third-party contractors or internal teams to manage the installation process.
- Brand Material Effectiveness:
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of brand material placements in high-traffic areas, gathering feedback from the Sales and Marketing teams to adjust placement strategies as needed.
- Ensure that installations are aligned with the overall SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR guidelines, adhering to best practices and project timelines.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Keep detailed records of installations and placements for future reference and analysis.
- Regularly report on the status of installations, effectiveness of brand material strategies, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal teams about the progress and outcomes of brand material placements.
- Ongoing Collaboration:
- Continuously collaborate with other departments to improve the process of brand material distribution and placement.
- Stay updated on new marketing trends and best practices, suggesting innovative ideas to optimize placement strategies.
- Ensure that SayPro’s monthly SCMR updates (January and beyond) are followed to enhance brand communication and visibility.
- Support SayPro’s Branding Efforts:
- Assist in executing SayPro’s overall branding strategy to ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s mission and objectives.
- Contribute to maintaining consistency in the brand message, tone, and aesthetic across all touchpoints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, brand management, and installation processes.
- Knowledge of SCMR and Royalty branding guidelines is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This position will require occasional travel to various locations for brand material installations.
