Location: SayPro Offices in Neftalopolis (or remote)
Job Overview:
The Giveaway Coordinator plays a key role in managing, coordinating, and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional giveaways that are part of SayPro’s marketing strategy. This position requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, data analysis, and strong communication skills. The Giveaway Coordinator will be responsible for selecting branded giveaways, executing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to ensure the success of these initiatives. This role also involves collaborating with the SayPro Brand Material Office and the Marketing team to align giveaways with overall brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting and Analytics:
- Monthly Reporting: Provide detailed monthly reports on the performance of the giveaways. Metrics to be tracked include website traffic, visitor engagement, conversion rates, and user feedback.
- Data Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of each giveaway campaign and identify trends or areas for improvement. Suggest new strategies based on data insights to optimize future giveaways.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from recipients, participants, and internal teams to assess the impact and reception of giveaways. Use this data to enhance future promotional efforts.
2. Giveaway Selection and Strategy:
- Branded Giveaway Selection: Work with the Director of Brand Material to select appropriate branded giveaways that align with SayPro’s marketing goals and resonate with the target audience.
- Engagement Focus: Choose giveaways designed to drive engagement and attract visitors to the SayPro website. Ensure that each giveaway supports long-term brand-building goals while providing immediate engagement value.
- Creative Campaigns: Assist in the creative planning and execution of giveaway campaigns, working with marketing teams to develop themes, strategies, and messaging that will maximize outreach and effectiveness.
3. Coordination and Execution:
- Campaign Planning: Manage the logistics of each giveaway campaign, from concept through execution. Ensure timely delivery of giveaway items and that campaigns are aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, customer support, and design, to ensure giveaways align with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers for the procurement of giveaway items, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
4. Marketing Integration:
- Website Traffic and Engagement: Develop strategies to use giveaways to drive traffic to the SayPro website and increase visitor engagement. Ensure that the giveaways are integrated into SayPro’s digital marketing efforts such as email newsletters, social media, and paid ads.
- Promotion: Promote the giveaways through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and on-site messaging, to maximize participation and visibility.
5. Budget Management:
- Cost Control: Manage the budget for giveaways, ensuring that each campaign stays within budget while achieving the desired marketing outcomes.
- ROI Analysis: Track return on investment (ROI) for each giveaway campaign, ensuring that resources are being allocated efficiently and effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or event coordination, with a focus on giveaways, brand material, or customer engagement.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data to drive decisions and report on the success of campaigns.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Creative thinking to develop new giveaway ideas and meticulous attention to detail when planning and executing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate with external partners.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of giveaways.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), marketing software, and project management tools.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing and staying within marketing budgets for promotional campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Experience working with branded merchandise or promotional items.
- Knowledge of trends in online consumer behavior and effective digital promotions.
Work Environment:
This position is based at the SayPro offices in Neftalopolis but offers the flexibility for remote work as needed. The role may require some travel for vendor meetings or promotional events.
