Details:

  1. Review of SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 (SayPro Monthly Giveaways):
    • Go through the list of potential giveaway items included in the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 report.
    • Assess each item for relevance, quality, and alignment with SayPro’s brand image and marketing objectives. Focus on items that are functional, practical, and easy to brand with SayPro’s logo or name.
    • Ensure that the giveaways are designed to engage the target audience in a memorable and positive way, reinforcing brand recognition and customer loyalty.
  2. Brand Material Selection:
    • Work with the SayPro Brand Material Office to choose from available promotional materials. These might include items such as pens, notebooks, tote bags, mugs, USB drives, T-shirts, or tech gadgets that can be branded with the SayPro logo and corporate colors.
    • Consider items that are likely to be used frequently by recipients, increasing brand visibility in the long term.
    • Evaluate potential costs for the production, customization, and distribution of each item to ensure it fits within the marketing budget.
  3. Target Audience Alignment:
    • Research the demographics and interests of the audience expected to receive the giveaways. Select items that resonate with their preferences and are aligned with SayPro’s objectives in terms of brand awareness and engagement.
